4/10/05 This is what happens when a kid from Florida tries to drive in the snow. Couldn't even get out of the parking lot !!

4/10/05 Nice reflections of water and snow on my sliding glass door. Got about a foot of snow today (so far) and more is coming. Didn't have to go to work either - got a Snow Day!

3/30/05 Nice evening snow view from my porch. I hope that this is one of the last snows we get for the season. Time will tell.

3/27/05 Castlewood Canyon waterfall. I had been told about it numerous times and finally got a chance to go see and photograph it. The rocks at the bottom of the fall are covered with ice and snow. It was a cool day in more ways than one.

3/17/05 View South from the top of Castle Rock. Pikes Peak is at the far right on the horizon. It was a nice day for a hike up the hill.

2/26/05 The moon was HUGE tonight. When I got home I grabbed the D70 and 400mm lens and headed outside. This is a 50% crop of the original file. Next month I'm going to try to get a shot with Castle Rock in the pic.

2/24/05 Roxborough St Park view from Lyons Overlook. This was my second visit to the park and I walked all the way around the north trail. No snow this time so it was easier going.

2/15/05 An article in Petersons Photographic detailed taking an image and flipping it to make a mirror image. A co-worker talked to me about this and brought in some of his images. This is one of my creations and it's a lot of fun ! I'm still looking back thru old images to find suitable material. I printed a few to hang on the wall too.

2/15/05 Another sample of the mirrored images. I really like this one too. It's has a "Zen-like tranquility" to it (according to Cliff).

2/1/05 Roxborough State Park - view of north valley. Really neat rock outcroppings. Not so easy trudging through 6 inches of snow, but worth the great views I was rewarded with.
